Kris Patmo created his first short film in 1998 on VHS. 13 years later, he graduated from Utrecht School of Arts in 2011 with his graduation film Magistratus: Overtura, a feature length medieval action thriller.
That same year he co-founded the film production company Get Off The Road, where he produced 2 feature sci-fi action films:
Molly (2017) and Kill Mode (2020), both sold world-wide, and available on Amazon Prime US.
In 2018, Kris started to focus more on editing and lead the editing department at television producer DCP.
In 2021, looking for new challenges, he started at media house NOMOBO, where he worked as senior editor.
As of 2023 Kris is back to working as an independent free-lance filmmaker.
