Marcella graduated in May 2017 as an actress from the 4-year private theater school 'de Trap' in Amsterdam. She played in the graduation performance: ''Yvonne, princess of Burgundy'' directed by Marc Wortel. She worked in healthcare for a number of years as a medical doctor in psychiatry, youth healthcare and occupational medicine. She currently works as an actress in healthcare and at the Ministry of Defence.
