At the end of the 90s I had a living room restaurant, after that I started cooking as an independent chef in various cultural eateries and worked in restaurants, including the Italian a la carte restaurant LUX in Rotterdam.: Through a friend I started filming 8 years ago. profession rolled and catering and found my turn in this. I have been working as a caterer together with my partner for +/- 8 years and have had our own kitchen bus for 5 years, which has made me like the profession even more and can do my 'thing' even better, every day with great pleasure and passion !!!

The lunch is always very rich and consists of fish, meat, vegetarian, fresh vegetables, salad, basic carbohydrates (rice-pasta-bulgar/millet-potatoes) something for everyone, and afterwards the most delicious desserts. Then varied fruit platters and always a festive wrap with delicious wines, homemade soups, tapas ect. Over time I found out that my specialization lies in series catering. Keeping a crew of, for example, +/- 45 men/women going, who are already through it after 2 weeks and still have, for example, 60 shooting days ahead, yet manage to excite every day and make it a party is written on my body and I have proven myself in it. equipment Eigen keukenbus
